3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Infusesolution services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with platform operations, or engage in conduct that may negatively impact other users, third-party providers, or the Company. 5. Billing, Payments, and Refunds

All pricing, service fees, subscription charges, and payment schedules are defined within your invoice, agreement, proposal, or selected service package. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors. By purchasing our services, you authorize us to charge applicable fees according to agreed billing terms. Billing disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original charge date. Refunds are issued solely where explicitly stated in a written agreement or applicable refund policy.
